These Terms of Use apply to calmpottyplan.com (the "Site") and to the digital products sold under the Calm Potty Plan name (the "Products"). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational content, not medical advice

Our Products share general, educational information about potty training for parents and caregivers. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice and do not replace advice from your child's doctor or another qualified professional. Every child develops at their own pace. Talk to your pediatrician before starting, or at any time, if your child has pain when peeing or pooping, ongoing constipation, blood in the urine or stool, frequent accidents after being dry, or any medical or developmental condition, or if anything worries you.

2. No guaranteed results

"7-Day" refers to the length of the focused part of the plan, not a promise that a child will be potty trained in seven days. Results vary from child to child, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome or timeline.

3. Purchases and delivery

Products are digital files (PDF). Payments, delivery and access are handled by Hotmart, our payment platform, which acts as the reseller or payment processor for your order. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location. After payment is confirmed, you receive access by email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us.

4. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Hotmart: use the link in your purchase email or contact us at calmpottyplan@outlook.com and we will help. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund, access to the Product ends.

5. License

When you buy a Product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own family and the people who care for your child. You may print as many copies as you need for that purpose, and share printed copies of the planner, pocket cards and daycare note with your child's caregivers. You may not resell, share the files publicly, upload them to other websites, or use the content to create competing products. All content, text, illustrations and designs are owned by Calm Potty Plan and protected by copyright.

6. Use of the Site

Please do not misuse the Site, for example by trying to disrupt it or access it in unauthorized ways. We may update or change the Site and Products at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Potty Plan is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Products. You are responsible for decisions about your child's care. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Third-party services

Payments and delivery are provided by Hotmart and are subject to Hotmart's own terms and policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
